Founder and Chairman of the Executive Board - TransCare AG After graduating in 1982 with a Business Management degree from the University of Heilbronn, specializing in transport, cargo traffic and management, Ralf Jahncke began his career as an Assistant to the Company Management in the cargo forwarding sector, with stations as the Managing Director of KOMBIVERKEHR GmbG and of KOMBIWAGGON GmbH. On the 11th June 1993, Ralf Jahncke established TransCare GmbH, which was later converted into TransCare AG. During his professional career he has held many lectures in the University of Heilbronn, and been a member of the Supervisory Boards of the German Society for Rail-Road Transfer (DUSS), Combined Transport Limited (CTL) and Kombi Basel AG amongst others. Since 1988 he is a member of the expert Advisory Council on cargo traffic at the University of Heilbronn, since 1990 a member of the Steering Committee for Goods Transport in the German Transport Forum, since 1998 a member of the study group on intermodal transport in the Federal Union for Logistics and since 2003 a member of the Executive Board "transport logistic" of Messe München GmbH. |
