L'Institut de Planification et des Systèmes de Transport (IVT) de l'EPF de Zurich, SMA et associés SA (Zurich), OpenTrack Railway Technology SARL (Zurich) et systransis SA (Zug) organisent conjointement la conférence internationale IT10.rail. Motivés par le succès des éditions des années 2005 et 2008, qui ont vu la participation d'environ 300 professionnels (experts et décideurs), nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer que la troisième édition se déroulera du 21 au 23 janvier 2010 à l'Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Zurich.

More and more stakeholders of the railway industry become aware of the fact that the better usage of the existing infrastructure, time table stability issues as well as pressure to save energy all ask for new solutions to optimisation of the train traffic.

In this second edition  of the systransis Atelier, we would like to deepen the insights into the opportunities and challenges of optimising  the railway traffic and the related operational processes.

The goal of this atelier is to provide a forum for the interactive discussion of the different dimensions of Rescheduling and Train Traffic Optimisation.

Le colloque SMA est un forum pour des thèmes ayant trait à la planification de l'offre et à l'exploitation. Experts externes et employés SMA se relaient pour présenter projets et exemples de solutions novatrices.

OpenTrack is a railway simulation tool developed at the ETH Zurich. It is a catalyst for practical economic solutions to complex railway technology problems.
